Johor to host triangular series Johor will host a three-nation international football tournament involving teams from Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia from Feb 29-March 3. Malaysia will be represented by the Johor Premier I team and Johor FC, a Premier II outfit. S-League champions Singapore Armed Forces, coached by Fandi Ahmad, and Home United will be Singapore's representatives while Indonesia will be represented by PS Dyan Graha Pekan Baru and PS Semen Padang. ''The tournament, to be called the Johor Challenge, is sanctioned by the FA of Malaysia,'' said Johor FA president Tan Sri Muhammad Ali Hashim at a press conference yesterday. The Johor Premier I team and Johor FC will be in different groups. The draw for the tournament will be made soon. Johor's group matches will be played at the Larkin Stadium while the Pasir Gudang Football Stadium will host matches in Johor FC's group.
